Do You Have a Happy Music Playlist?

One of my favorite ways to self-soothe with sound is with my Happy Music Playlist.

The idea here is to create a mix of music that makes you feel happy every time you hear it and you include only those songs that you truly love.

Feeling sad? Overwhelmed? Anxious? 

You can stop everything else and mindfully listen to your personalized list for at least two or three songs and then repeat as necessary.

(And there are always bonus points for singing out loud.)

This is another skill that consistently works for me and I'd love to know if it works for you as well.
